2. Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your LINKCO gear. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
How to start a return
Email rghtlinkco@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return before sending anything back. We'll respond with return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval can't be processed.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund no return shipping cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.
Return shipping
For returns due to a change of mind, you're responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover the cost.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be marked final sale on their product page and aren't eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original (once approved) and place a new order.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they enter processing. Once an order is processing or shipped, it can't be canceled, but you can use our standard return process after it arrives.

3. Shipping Policy

Here's exactly what to expect when you order from LINKCO. No surprises.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with tracking once it ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Shipping time
Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after processing, depending on your location. Some LINKCO products ship directly from our overseas fulfillment warehouses, which is what allows us to keep prices sharp. Total time to your door = processing time + shipping time.
Shipping costs
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. Any free-shipping promotions will be noted on the product page or at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Allow a few days for tracking to begin updating after you receive it.
Delays
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Customs processing, carrier backlogs, weather, and high-volume periods can cause delays outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, email us and we'll help track it down. If we can't ship within the timeframe stated above, we'll notify you and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.
Customs and import duties
For international orders, import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country and are the customer's responsibility.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll do our best to help.
Lost or stuck packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you don't have it, or it hasn't moved in an unusual amount of time, contact rghtlinkco@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
