Return Policy
All sales are final. LINKCO does not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully including item details, quantity, and variant selections before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
While all sales are final, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at rghtlinkco@gmail.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate the problem and make it right either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed for shipment. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at rghtlinkco@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Non-Returnable Items
All items are non-returnable, including but not limited to sale items, gift cards, and personal care goods.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, as described above. If a refund is approved, it will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
