At LINKCO, we're committed to getting your phone gear to you quickly and reliably. Here's what to expect when you order from us.

Free Shipping on Every Order

We offer free shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase required. No surprise fees at checkout what you see is what you pay.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after you place them. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order ships, including a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7-15 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Tracking Your Order

Every order ships with full tracking. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. You can check the status of your order anytime by clicking the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed beyond 15 business days or appears lost in transit, please contact us at hello@linkco.store with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@linkco.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund your choice.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to redirect it.
